Our Clinics and Inpatient Care

Our Neurovascular and Revascularization Clinics offer expertise from neurosurgeons, neurologists, and interventional neuroradiologists who work together to take care of your unique needs. We will review and discuss your case prior to your appointment. When you come to the clinic, you will see all doctors relevant to your case in one consultation — usually one or two other specialists.

Neurovascular Clinic

In this clinic, we see patients with intracranial aneurysms, cerebrospinal arteriovenous malformations, cerebrospinal dural arteriovenous fistulas, cerebrospinal cavernous malformations, intracranial hypertension due to venous-sinus stenosis, facial (venous) vascular malformations, and intracranial hypotension due to a CSF leak. We offer state-of-the-art neuroimaging and a comprehensive range of treatment options, encompassing medical management, advanced endovascular and open neurosurgical procedures, and stereotactic radiosurgery (gamma knife).

Revascularization Clinic

In this new and unique clinic, we see patients with moyamoya arteriopathy or other causes of chronic cerebral steno-occlusive disease. We provide cutting-edge neuroimaging techniques including advanced MRI with vessel wall imaging and MRI with cerebrovascular reactivity study, which serves as a “brain stress test”. The clinic is supported by Dr. Danny Mandell, Dr. David Mikulis, and Dr. Andrea Para, diagnostic neuroradiologists with expertise in advanced MR imaging.

Our comprehensive treatment options include extracranial-intracranial bypass surgery, endovascular interventions, and tailored medical management.
